A great dish to serve at your family meals or when entertaining!
Place chicken legs in a large Crockpot.
Melt butter in a large glass mixing bowl in the microwave; when melted, stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour mixture over the chicken legs and place lid on Crockpot.
Cook on Low for 6 - 8 hours. Begin checking after 5 hours as Crockpots cook at different temps and speeds.
When done, carefully remove to serving platter...chicken will be so tender it will fall off the bone!
ALTERNATE SUGGESTION: Place chicken legs in a baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Pour butter mixture over the chicken, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until done.
