Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Chicken legs, or your favorite pieces
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 T. teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 t. red pepper flakes
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • 1/4 t. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced, sweet onion
  • dash fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove skin from chicken pieces and place in CrockPot; add warm water.

  2. In a small bowl, combine marmalade, teriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and dry mustard; stir well.

  3. Pour sauce over chicken.

  4. Sprinkle diced onion evenly over chicken pieces.

  5. Sprinkle dash of freshly ground black pepper over top.

  6. Place lid on CrockPot and cook on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 6 hours, or until chicken is done.
