Hot Legs!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 chicken legs, skin removed
  • 2-3 T. olive oil
  • 4 T. Creole Seasoning
  • Hot Sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken legs and remove skin; pat dry with paper towel.

  2. Spray CrockPot with cooking spray.

  3. Place chicken legs in Crockpot and drizzle with the olive oil, turning legs to coat evenly.

  4. Drizzle Hot Sauce lightly over legs, use sparingly!

  5. Sprinkle Creole seasoning evenly over legs, use tongs or forks to turn legs if needed.

  6. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over top of legs.

  7. Place lid on CrockPot and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
