Crockpot Herb Rice

Ingredients

  • 40 oz chicken broth
  • 2 cups long-grain rice
  • 1 t. dried rosemary
  • 1 t. dried marjoram
  • 1 t. dried parsley
  • 1 T. minced onion
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut up
  • optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except fresh parsley, in Crockpot; stir well

  2. Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW 4-6 hours, or until rice is fully cooked.

  3. Garnish with fresh parsley when serving, if desired.
