Crockpot Family Corn

Ingredients

  • 32 -36 oz pkg frozen whole kernel sweet corn
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup whole dairy milk
  • 1/2 t. salt...may omit if using salted butter
  • 1 t. freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • optional: fresh parsley, diced green pepper, diced onion

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into Crockpot and stir well to combine.

  2. Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 3 hours or HIGH for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until cream cheese is completely melted.

  3. Stir well and serve hot!

  4. Optional: add in fresh parsley, diced green pepper and/or diced onion last 30 minutes of cooking, if desired.
