Place all ingredients into Crockpot and stir well to combine.
Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 3 hours or HIGH for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until cream cheese is completely melted.
Stir well and serve hot!
Optional: add in fresh parsley, diced green pepper and/or diced onion last 30 minutes of cooking, if desired.
