This recipe works best in a large, oval-shaped Crockpot. The large bottom surface allows for even cooking for candies.
Break apart chocolate almond bark and place in Crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients to Crockpot.
Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Check at 1 hour, if chocolates are not completely melted, cook another 20-30 minutes, stirring often. Be careful not to overcook as chocolate can scorch.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheets or trays (or drop into small candy/cupcake liners). Allow to harden, then store in airtight containers.
This is a great candy recipe for gift-giving! Consider using small candy/cupcake liners to hold the spoonfuls of candy...makes for a lovely presentation when placed in a decorative tin or food/gift box! Save this recipe for your Holiday food gift files! Enjoy!
