Classic Reuben Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded, cooked corned beef
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, well drained
  • 8 oz package cream cheese, cut up
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • crackers, rye party bread slices, etc, for serving

Instructions

  1. Spray Crockpot with cooking spray or use a liner for easy clean up on this dish!

  2. Add all ingredients to your Crockpot (a large oval-shaped is best for even heating).

  3. Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, until ingredients are well combined. Stir occasionally while dip is cooking.

  4. Serve with crackers, rye party bread slices, etc.

Recipe Notes

Leftovers of this dish are great when slightly heated in the microwave and served on toasted French bread!
