Ingredients

  • 1-2 gallons Hawaiian Punch Drink, Green Berry Rush
  • 1-2 2 lt. Sprite soft drink keep chilled until serving time

Instructions

  1. Two to three days ahead of event, place Hawaiian Punch drink in freezer. If you are limited on freezer space, pour drink into freezer zip-top bags, seal carefully and lay flat in freezer.

  2. On the morning of day of serving, move drink containers to refrigerator to begin thawing. If drink has been stored in freezer bags, move to refrigerator 3-4 hours before serving.

  3. About an hour before serving, remove drink from refrigerator, place in large bowl or stock pot, and chop with a knife or potato masher to create a "slush".

  4. Just before serving, place "slush" in punch bowl and gently stir in the Sprite drink.

  5. For a party garnish, add sliced lemons and limes to the punch bowl!

Recipe Notes

This is a fun drink to keep on hand...just pour the punch drink into small freezer bags for a quick treat or for serving to your family.  Small bags freeze and thaw quickly, then just stir in the Sprite. Enjoy!
