Welcome Back for a quick, SIMPLE Update to my Cocoa Bar! Look back to my Christmas Cocoa Bar if you want to see a full layout, but here I just made some quick changes to update for the Winter Season. I’ll let you browse through a few pictures…
By switching out my santa mugs with snowmen ones, adding a few glass snowmen canisters and salt/pepper sets, some snowflakes, snowballs and winter “angel” hair, my scene is transformed from Christmas to Winter.
If you are limited on space, try setting out a small tray /plate/cutting board to display a jar of cocoa or jars of marshmallows, crushed candies, etc. A small display can still portray a welcoming and cozy invitation for cocoa!

Crockpot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 6 cups water
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- dash salt
Instructions

Place all ingredients in Crockpot and stir well to combine.

Cook on LOW for 45 minutes – 1 hour, to allow to come to a simmer. Then switch Crockpot setting to WARM.

Leftovers may be refrigerator and served cold, or heated in the microwave.
