This is a wonderful soup to enjoy now and freeze the unused portion for later. I tested freezing for a little over 3 months, and the soup was great with no change to flavor. Be sure to PIN this recipe to your Pinterest boards and fix on a cold day for your family to enjoy and freeze some for later!
