It’s Back-to-School time here as schools have been in session a few weeks now! This time of year always brings mixed emotions for parents and children, alike. Excitement to renew friendships and meet new teachers. Nervousness over making new friends and harder classes. I thought today’s verse was a good example of how we are to trust in the Lord in all our journeys. Parents can trust the Lord to watch over their children during the school year. Teachers can ask for God’s protection as they teach and help children to grow. Students can pray for help in learning new information and choosing good friends….and everyone can ask for guidance as we face a new year and new way of learning during this pandemic!
Let’s all take time to remember those involved with our school systems and ask God to shield and protect them throughout this new school year!…and to my college kid who begins classes tomorrow, hang in there!!!
