Peanut Butter Frosting
A light, whipped frosting for your favorite cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 T. dairy milk
- garnish mini chocolate bar pieces, shaved chocolate, etc
Instructions

In a medium bowl, cream together the peanut butter and the butter.

Add in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, mix well to combine.

Add 2 T. milk to reach spreading consistency, adding more if needed.
Recipe Notes
This is a wonderful frosting for devil’s food cupcakes…also good on just a plain vanilla cupcake. I like to add small pieces of chocolate bars to mine, but you could add mini Reese’s pieces or Reese’s peanut butter cups….Enjoy!
