Boo-Boo’s Peanut Butter Balls
Here is a SIMPLE and quick treat when you don’t feel like turning on the oven, but crave a peanut butter snack/dessert. My Grandmother Story, “Boo-Boo”, taught me to make these when I was a young girl. She loved to eat them while she drank a cup of coffee…Enjoy!
Boo-Boo’s Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 t. almond flavoring
- 1 1/2 cups dry, powdered milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, honey, almond flavoring and dry, powdered milk until well blended.

Roll mixture into small balls; then roll in powdered sugar.

Allow peanut butter balls to "sit" for a few minutes, then roll in powdered sugar again.

Store in an airtight container; if very humid, store in refrigerator.
