A wonderful addition to your Easter or Spring meals…
Orange Fluff
Ingredients
- 2-3 cans mandarin oranges
- 1 large Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 small Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 3 oz pkg orange JELL-O
- 1 cup coconut flakes. plus more for garnish
- 1-2 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions

Place the large container of Cool Whip into a large mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the box of orange JELL-O over the Cool Whip and stir to combine.

Partially drain the mandarin oranges, set a few to the side for garnish, and add the remaining to the Cool Whip Mixture; stir gently. Be careful not to add too much of the liquid, just enough to help moisten the mixture. You may cut the oranges in half, if you prefer smaller bites.

Stir in the coconut flakes and mini-marshmallows; adjust amounts to your preference.

At this point, you may pour mixture into individual serving cups/glasses or place into a trifle or serving dish. Then, top with the small container of Cool Whip and garnish with diced mandarin slices and coconut flakes.

Store in refrigerator 2-3 hours to chill before serving. If making a day ahead, wait to add small container of Cool Whip and garnishes until just before serving. After sitting in refrigerator overnight, the mixture will need to be stirred to combine any ingredients that separated.

This is a light, tasty dish to serve as a side or dessert. Try adding in diced pecans or pineapple tidbits! Enjoy!
