Here’s a great way to use leftover ham from your Easter dinner…


Ham Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups ham, finely diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 2-3 T. onion, finely diced
- 2 T. dill pickles, diced
- 2-3 T. prepared mustard
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or more as needed
- 1-2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Instructions

Place ham, celery, onion and pickles into a mixing bowl.

Stir together the mustard and mayonnaise until well combined.

Add mustard-mayo mixture to ham mixture and stir; add more mayo if needed.

Add diced egg to ham mixture and gently stir to combine.

Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
