Jelly Chops
Ingredients
- 4 large boneless pork chops, about 2-inches thick
- 1/2 cup grape jelly
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 T. prepared mustard
Instructions

Sear chops in about 1/2 T. butter over medium-high heat on stove top in non-stick pan, just until lightly brown on both sides…2-3 minutes each side.

For sauce: place remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup or bowl; stir well to combine.

Lightly spray bottom of CrockPot with cooking spray.

Place seared chops in CrockPot and pour sauce ingredients over top.

Place lid on CrockPot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until chops are tender.
