Here is a SIMPLE side dish to keep in mind for the upcoming Holidays…or anytime you need to free-up your oven for other baking/dinner needs!
Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 – 2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, washed and cubed (about half a bag)
- olive oil
- 1 T. dried minced onion flakes
- 1 T. dried rosemary
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1 t. dried oregano
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Spray CrockPot with cooking spray.

Add cubed potatoes to CrockPot; drizzle lightly with olive oil and gently toss.

Sprinkle seasonings evenly over potatoes, gently toss to distribute.

Place lid on CrockPot and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours.

Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
For an added touch, sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over potatoes before serving!
