Day 4 brings another Simple, Easy Chicken Dish! I love chicken legs and find they are a quick and economical solution to mealtime! Fried chicken legs are this southern girl’s favorite, but this dish is tasty, too 🙂
Italian-Ranch Chicken
Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken legs, or thighs, skin removed
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 oz packet Ranch dressing mix
- .7 oz packet Italian salad dressing mix
- dash of red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions

Spray CrockPot; place chicken pieces into the pot and add warm water.

Pour melted butter over top of chicken pieces; then sprinkle both dressing mixes and red pepper flakes evenly over top of chicken pieces.

Place lid on CrockPot and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours, or until chicken is done.
