Crockpot BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts, trimmed
- 1 bottle sweet BBQ sauce
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. black pepper
- 1/2 t. red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 cup water
Instructions

Trim chicken breasts of excess fat

Place chicken and remaining ingredients into Crockpot.

Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is done.

Turn to Crockpot to WARM and shred the chicken by pulling apart with two forks; serve from the Crockpot to keep warm.
Recipe Notes
The leftovers freeze well. This is a great recipe to prepare while home on the weekends, then serve on a busy weeknight! Enjoy!
