Here’s another great recipe to have on hand for the Holidays….
Crockpot Herb Rice
Ingredients
- 40 oz chicken broth
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 1 t. dried rosemary
- 1 t. dried marjoram
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cut up
- optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except fresh parsley, in Crockpot; stir well

Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW 4-6 hours, or until rice is fully cooked.

Garnish with fresh parsley when serving, if desired.
