Happy Saturday, Friends! Today I am sharing my FAVORITE, SIMPLE Crockpot Candy with you. I like to call it “Mrs. GoodBar” since it tastes like the similar candy bar, but better! Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Crockpot Candy – Mrs. GoodBar
Ingredients
- 24 oz pkg chocolate almond bark
- 12 oz pkg Nestle Tollhouse premier white morsels
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 16 oz can cocktail peanuts, lightly salted
Instructions
-
This recipe works best in a large, oval-shaped Crockpot. The large bottom surface allows for even cooking for candies.
-
Break apart chocolate almond bark and place in Crockpot.
-
Add remaining ingredients to Crockpot.
-
Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Check at 1 hour, if chocolates are not completely melted, cook another 20-30 minutes, stirring often. Be careful not to overcook as chocolate can scorch.
-
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheets or trays (or drop into small candy/cupcake liners). Allow to harden, then store in airtight containers.
Recipe Notes
This is a great candy recipe for gift-giving! Consider using small candy/cupcake liners to hold the spoonfuls of candy…makes for a lovely presentation when placed in a decorative tin or food/gift box! Save this recipe for your Holiday food gift files! Enjoy!
