Day 13…and nothing unlucky here! A sweet treat is on the Crockpot Menu today!
Crockpot Haystacks
Ingredients
- 24 oz Vanilla-flavored Almond Bark
- 11 oz package butterscotch morsels
- 10 oz package peanut butter morsels
- 5 oz can Chow Mein noodles
- 2 cups cocktail peanuts
Instructions

Break apart almond bark and place in large, oval or rectangle-shaped Crockpot.

Pour in butterscotch and peanut butter morsels.

Place lid on Crockpot and cook on LOW for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.

After 1 hour, remove lid and stir. If mixture is completely melted, proceed to next step. If mixture is not melted and smooth, replace lid and let cook another 15 minutes or until melted completely.

Once ingredients are melted, pour in the Chow Mein noodles and gently stir to coat. Then, sprinkle the cocktail peanuts over top and gently stir to combine.

Line two large baking sheets with waxed paper. Drop candy mixture by spoonfuls onto baking sheets and allow to "set". Store in baggies or airtight containers.
