School Days, School Days – Good ‘ol Golden Rule Days
School, or some form of it, has started back in my little town. While it is not on the “normal” schedule of daily classes and activities, it is in session for a new year. My youngest is away at college and I have been reminiscing about the “good ‘ol days” of taking him and his older sister to school. Due to their age difference, they only attended elementary school together for one year. We had a “Fun Friday” tradition getting biscuits to go at a local fast food chain, then would sit in our car and eat and talk about that day’s activities and our weekend plans.
As I was thinking back on those days, I remembered how I would set our dining table or picnic table up for a back-to-school dinner. I thought I would share with you a SIMPLE back-to-school tablescape.
